Seniors Morning Out Activities for July 2024

HICKORY –Participants will enjoy a variety of activities in July including a trip to the farmers market, theatrical performance, and cooking demonstrations. Any resident of Catawba County who is 60 or older is invited to join Seniors Morning Out, which is held Monday through Thursday mornings at five convenient locations. Social Services Employees Complete Training Program

Summer Lunch & Library Series

The Catawba County Library, in partnership with the Backpack Program and the Community Kitchen of The Corner Table, will provide weekly lunch-and-library sessions at 111 Herman Sipe Road in Conover, near Oak Grove Mobile Home Park. Commissioners Adopt Fiscal Year 2024/25 County Budget

During its June 3 meeting, the Catawba County Board of Commissioners adopted a Fiscal Year 2024/25 budget of $322,709,358 effective July 1, 2024.
