Educated author Tara Westover grew up in a home that relied exclusively on herbal remedies for health and medical needs. This experiential workshop led by Tim Yarborough, wellness director of Vital Plan, will provide a hands-on opportunity to explore the many culinary and therapeutic aspects of natural herbs. Tai Chi for Healthy Living

This series of tai chi classes is taught by a certified instructor via live video feed. Combining the Tai Chi for Health and A Matter of Balance principles, the class aims to increase activity levels, enhance fitness, and prevent falls in adults of all ages.
