Stretch for Health & Meditate for Mindfulness

Combining stretching with meditation may benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. You can do these exercises while sitting in a chair or bring a mat/towel for floor routines.  While this class is geared to 50+, adults of all ages are invited to join.

Family Builders Foster/Adoption Information Meeting

Family Builders of Catawba Valley invites anyone interested in fostering or adopting a child to attend this informational meeting and learn more about foster care and adoption in Catawba County.

ACAP-Finding & Using Local Senior Services
