Macramé Series: Knots

Is Step Aerobics Right For You?

Find out everything you need to know about a Step Aerobics class to see if it’s the kind of exercise you’d love to do. A certified step aerobics instructor will do a brief presentation about the workout before leading us in a 20-minute workout. Waiver required on site.

Gentle Flow Yoga
