Creative Outlet: Hand Lettering

Studies consistently show that regular creative expression can reduce stress, improve emotional understanding, enhance social relationships and contribute to a deeper appreciation for the world around us. Hand lettering is a visual art form that focuses on drawing and illustrating letterforms by hand. For this hands-on workshop, we’ll watch a video about making Hand Lettering a daily creative practice and then put what we’ve learned into practice.
