Needle Felt & Film: Home Alone

Instead of staying home alone, come hang out at the library for the afternoon and watch Home Alone! We will be needle-felting Buzz's pet tarantula, eating Kevin's mac n' cheese, and sipping on hot cocoa. All supplies and finger protectors will be provided. Macrame Gnomes

Zumba Mondays!
Mondays at 6 pm

Kick off your week with a burst of Zumba, a dance and movement class that’s too much fun to call exercise. It’s appropriate for every skill and ability level and open to anyone 14+ (parental signature required for teens under 18).

Purl and Chain: Knit and Crochet Club

Gentle Flow Yoga

A certified yoga instructor will lead us through a beginner-friendly, gentle flow yoga class. You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or towel as well as a small blanket.

Mindful Movement

Squeaky Wheel Writing Group

Holiday Cookie Decorating Contest

We’ve got the cookies and the goodies! You’ve got the creative inspiration to make them Festive! Decorated cookies will be judged in one of four age divisions: 2-5; 6-11; 12-17; and 18+ during the Holiday Book & Cookie Fair that follows. To register for a Cookie Kit, please call 828-465-8665.

Holiday Book & Cookie Fair/Local Arts & Authors Celebration

Come out to meet our slate of local authors! Delight in storytimes, author talks and readings! Browse the pottery creations from Connections Clubhouse. Come enjoy a cup of hot cocoa as we enjoy choral performances by area Girl Scout Troop #10356, Centro Latino Ninos, and the Prime Time Choral Singers. Winners of the Cookie Decorating Contest will be announced at the conclusion of the event.
