Manager's FY23 Budget Recommendation

Mountain Creek Park Will Open to Public with June 18 Grand Opening Celebration

Mountain Creek Park, the Catawba County Park System’s newest outdoor destination, will open to the public with a grand opening celebration on Saturday, June 18. The park, which spans 606 acres on the northwestern tip of Lake Norman, is located at 6554 Little Mountain Rd. in Sherrills Ford. CVCC Students Recognized for County Park System Artwork

Catawba Valley Community College (CVCC) students Stephanie Huitron, Gideon Hart and Maddie Barrymore were honored at the May 2 Catawba County Board of Commissioners meeting for their creation of a four-piece artwork series representing the Catawba County Park System.
