Train and supervise new investigative/assessors that have entered the field of child protective services.
What do you like most about what you do, and why?
Going into the field with new social workers to assess suspected abuse or neglect but also helping families to obtain services for themselves and their families.
Which of the county’s core values (doing what’s right, doing what matters, doing it together, doing it well) resonates most with you in the work you do, and why?
We have a great CPS team of social workers, supervisors and program managers that are helpful and supportive in every way. Everyone helps to ensure that vulnerable children are in a safe nurturing environment.
