Accounts Payable is responsible for processing payments to vendors for goods and services provided to the County.

New vendors, please complete our vendor registration forms to be set up to do business with Catawba County. As soon as the Vendor Registration Forms are processed, you will be contacted regarding the ACH/EFT payment process.

Vendors: Please notethat you will receive timelier payment when you provide Accounts Payable with as much billing information as possible. When Catawba County places an order for goods and services, make sure that all billing information is current.
