ACH Application Form (PDF) This form must be submitted when Contractor doing business with Catawba County is electing to have payment made by ACH method.

Contractor Safety Guidebook (PDF) This Contractor Safety Guidebook must be received by all Contractors doing business with Catawba County and acknowledged by submitting the signed acknowledgement, included in the guidebook, to the Purchasing Division.
