Submitting an ePermits application
1. Navigate to the ePermits Public Portal:
https://co-catawba-nc.smartgovcommunity.com/Public/Home
2. Log into your ePermits user account.
3. Go into My Portal and then choose to Apply Online. Select a department option from the dropdown and then click the circle next to the type of permit for which you are applying.
4. Start typing in the address of the location which will need the permit and then click the address from the dropdown which appears.
5. Open and complete any sections of the permit application which show Not Complete. (Sections marked as Done will either allow you to submit supplemental information or provide you with additional information about the permit process.)
6. Click on the Submit Application button in the bottom right to finalize and submit your permit application.
