Searching for permits without an ePermits account

1. Navigate to the ePermits Public Portal:

https://co-catawba-nc.smartgovcommunity.com/Public/Home

2. Click on the GO button under Parcel Search. Next, start typing in the address of the property whose permits you like to view, and click on the address when it appears in the dropdown.

3. Scroll down the webpage and click on the reference or permit number of the application you would like to view.

4. Lastly, scroll down and click on the header of each section of the permit application which you would like to review.
