Better Than Yesterday: Round 2
Register in April for May challenge
By popular demand, we’re offering a second-chance challenge for individuals (no teams or groups this time). Stop by the library to pick up an entry form and log sheet, or use the forms on our web site to record the servings of fruits and vegetables you eat each day in May. *Generally, a cup of raw fruit or vegetables (or ½ cup of dried fruit) equals a serving.

PAWS to Read
Tuesdays from 4-6 pm
Children are invited to read to trained therapy dogs Nicole, Lexie, or Fudge. Call to make an appointment.

Ready to Learn Storytime

Med Instead of Meds
Wednesdays at 10 am
Join us for the last 4 classes of this 6-week look at the Mediterranean way of eating, and learn how easy changes can promote better health and reduce your risk for chronic disease.
