May 8th Primary Election

Primary: Tuesday, May 8th, 2018

A Republican Primary will be held for Republican and Unaffiliated voters in:

  • all precincts of Catawba County.

A Democratic Primary will be held for Democratic and Unaffiliated voters in the US Congressional District 05 in:

  • Pct 29 - St. Stephens 2 (voters living in US House District 05)
  • Pct 38 - Falling Creek (all residents)
  • Pct 39 - Northwest (all residents).

Note: Unaffiliated Voters living in Precinct 39 (US Congressional 05) may choose either a Democratic ballot or a Republican ballot, not both.

There are no primaries for Democratic voters in the 10th US Congressional District, Libertarian voters, or Green Party voters.
